Sovereign hosts Neiman Marcus Fall Fashion

In October, Sovereign hosted Neiman Marcus’ fall fashion.  The evening event of glamour was enjoyed on the amenity levels of the residential section of the building on the 28th and 29th floors.

Lake Burton

‘2008 was the peak summer,’ quoted a leading Lake Burton agent. In summer of 2008, according to GAMLS, there were 11 homes sold on Lake Burton, with sales prices ranging from the $820,000’s to a high of $2.6 million. This does not include any private transactions that may have occurred.

And then activity stopped only to slowly begin picking up recently.

In 2009, there have been 5 sales on Lake Burton – 2 shown in GAMLS and 3 privately. In addition there are two sales pending.

The good news is that values are strong with a drop of potentially only a few percentage points.

There are a number of homes currently for sale – approximately 84, as of July 30, 2009. Listing prices range from just under $800,000 to a high of just under $9 million.
