A native of Atlanta, Bee returned home in 1994 after working for major banking institutions in New York and Chicago. Marketing to affluent individuals, executives and trust clients, she continued her career with two Atlanta banks. By providing superior high touch customer service and creative solutions to their financial needs, she has won numerous sales awards. Most recently she was principal of a real estate company that acquired, renovated, managed and sold residential and rental properties.

Bee is a graduate of the Unversity of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, attended the Sorbonne in Paris and the Westminster Schools in Atlanta. She is actively involved in alumni fundraising with Westminster. With a strong commitment to community service, she has been involved in many local charitable organizations and also as a board member. Bradley (San Diego, CA).  He also served in two combat tours in Vietnam where his duties included being a navigator and Combat Information Center Officer.  During his military service, Chuck was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal.

About Patti Ellis

I live in Midtown with my husband of 40 years and we have two sons. My son, Adam, and I work together as a team and my youngest son is in law school.

I have been helping buyers and sellers in Atlanta since 1976. During the past 34+ years I have had the pleasure to feel a part of many families and be a part of one of the most important decisions they will make…and I don’t take that lightly. This is not just a business transaction for me. It is always personal.

Because Adam teamed up with me after college it means even more when working with our clients, we understand families.

We are a real estate family. My husband has been in home building for 35 years. That gives us a lot of understanding in the construction side of home buying as well.

In 2006, I was honored by the Atlanta Board REALTORS® with the Gold Phoenix, which represents more than 30 years in the Million Dollar Club.

About Adam Ellis

I guess you could say that real estate is in my blood. I grew up with a mother in real estate and a father in home building.  At eight, I’d ride in the backseat accompanying my mom on real estate runs.   At twelve, I was designing flyers for mom’s listings.  At 14 I was doing it for other agents in her office.    In 2004, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in advertising.

Working together with my mother, Patti, we combine her experience and tenure in the market place and my marketing background and it gives us a unique advantage in the real estate market. Whether it’s contract negotiations or online marketing strategies, we can offer you the upper hand.

Sandra Storrar joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty

Sandra Storrar, REALTOR

Preserving green space and retaining the rural character of the area close to the city known as the Chattahoochee Hill Country are two of the main reasons that Sandra is in the real estate business.

She was the first resident to move into Serenbe, the trendy community in the Hill Country, and this is her area of focus. She was a part of the group in the Hill Country that formed the Chattahoochee Hill Country Alliance, a non-profit organization that has focused on sustainable development, to preserve the largest amount of green space remaining in the greater metro Atlanta area.

Sandra helped found the previous real estate company where she worked for five years and was the broker for the last two years of her time with this company. She was a member of the sales team that closed sales of over $38 million in five years. Her experience is with both new homes construction and resales.

Prior to entering the world of real estate, Sandra was an assistant vice president at Georgia State University and then moved to a position as a client executive with a major software company. Her careful attention to detail and commitment to excellent service to her clients were fine tuned in these previous positions.

Sandra serves on the board of the Chattahoochee Hill Country Conservancy, the Serenbe Institute for Art, Culture and the Environment and is currently organizing a board of directors for the Serenbe Playhouse.

Barbara Morgan joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty

Barbara joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2009 as a REALTOR® with The Vawter Group.

She was a successful associate broker in New York City for 10 years. She has represented corporate CEOs as well as movie stars on both the buying and selling of real estate.

Prior to becoming an agent in real estate, Barbara worked as paralegal for The Rent Stabilization Board. She also worked in management for several top New York real estate firms.

After college Barbara spent several years teaching in South America and Europe before settling down to a career in real estate.

Barbara was corporately relocated to Atlanta 12 years ago and now considers Atlanta to be home. Barbara is active with The Tuxedo Park Board, Atlanta Preservation Board and The Westminster Schools.
